If a deposit is credited to your Account in error, or you believe a deposit has been made without your authorisation, you must contact luky77 support immediately. luky77 reserves the right to reverse and claw back any incorrectly credited funds, including funds arising from technical errors, duplicate processing, or misapplied payments.
All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard security review. luky77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation, source-of-funds evidence, or to conduct a manual review of your betting activity prior to releasing a withdrawal. luky77 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and deduct the corresponding amount from your Account where it is discovered that the funds were derived from void bets, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or transactions that were later reversed by a payment provider.

Where luky77 determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, luky77 may void the bonus, deduct any resulting winnings, and — for repeated or egregious cases — suspend or permanently close the Account and forfeit the Account balance. For the avoidance of doubt, the real-money deposit portion may be refunded to the Player, but any winnings attributable to the abused bonus will be retained by luky77.
A bet is only deemed accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the luky77 system and the bet amount has been deducted from your Account Balance. Bets submitted are not binding until confirmed. luky77 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any bet, in whole or in part, at any time.
All odds displayed are correct at the time of placement but may change without prior notice between bet placement and settlement. luky77 reserves the right to set, increase, or decrease maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, and payout limits for any market, event, or Player at any time.
Bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body or league organiser. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your Account Balance, unless a specific rule for the bet type (e.g., togel or live betting) provides otherwise. For togel markets, settlement is based on the official published result for the relevant draw.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest mistake in odds display as a result of which a bet is accepted at materially incorrect odds or stakes, luky77 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the Player's Account. Where a Player has already been credited with winnings arising from such a manifest error, luky77 reserves the right to claw back the erroneous winnings.
You agree that you shall not, in connection with your use of the luky77 platform, engage in any of the following:
Any breach of this Section 9 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the voiding of all outstanding bets, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, in addition to any other remedy available to luky77 at law.
Either you or luky77 may close your Account at any time. If you wish to close your Account, you must contact luky77 support. Upon closure, any outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 6.
For the avoidance of doubt, closing your Account does not extinguish any liabilities or obligations that have accrued prior to closure, nor does it release you from the provisions of these Terms & Conditions that survive termination.
All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, and other materials made available on the luky77 platform — including, but not limited to, the "luky77" name and logo, the site design, the game interfaces, and the underlying software — are the exclusive intellectual property of luky77 and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
